The Team USA Approach

At Team USA, we are successful because we train smart and we train fair.  No attitude, no hierachy - everyone starts on an even playing field. Our curriculum is applied and taught across the board, regardless of whether you eventually decide to compete in the ring.  We believe that life offers the most intense form of competition and that each Muay Thai student should have the best arsenals to protect him or herself.  Thus, even our most timid of students will learn the skills that are taught to our champions.

The Muay Thai Class

Our secret?  To train your mind.  Our body’s functions begin up top.  At Team USA, we have a systematic approach to your learning.  We have 3-4 instructors per class, making the student-teacher ratio never more than 12:1.  Each lesson plan aims at stimulating your thought process and forces you to think about each technique’s mechanics and how it’s applied.  We thoroughly condition your body and also your mind.

Team USA Muay Thai also includes days of Round Robin Circuit Training that enhances our students' Muay Thai skills immensely.
